1-To be a truly free America, we must deal with the illegals and our borders. Please include something to deal with this problem. I am truly impressed. Thank you for your patriotism and hard work compiling this document.
2- Presidential primary elections for both parties will take place on the same day, nationwide. We cannot afford to have a candidate win over half the country before he/she is properly vetted.
3- 1. Kick the UN out of the US completely. Let them meet in Beirut or Tehran. 2. Take all American land back from foreign countries (ie "Heritage Sites").
4- The country should make no alliances or treaties with other countries accept in times of war and once the war is won those alliances or treaties should be expunged. We are here to support ourselves not he world.
5- Make a federal law or constitutional amendment outlawing property and death taxes because with property and death taxes no one truly own their property if they fail to pay such taxes their property can be confiscated. Property rights are the foundation of liberty.
6- Require all regulations on corporations to have and independent cost and feasibility study to be conducted before implementation to ensure it's a reasonable proposal.
7- Any bills passed will deal with one specific subject and there will be no amendments or attachments it will be debated written and rewritten until its a viable bill then passed or voted down, eliminating the need for a line item veto.
8- Anchor babies will no be automatic american citizens
9- The media needs to be leashed and not be so biased. Also, no foreign funding of campaigns or pet projects.
10- I like what I've read so far. However, we need to address import/export rules and limitations. this discusses fair tax and the concept that everybody pays. Won't we have companies abandoning our country for the cheaper countries to operate? Also, we need to limit 'made in China' goods. We should be producing and marketing our own goods. Notice I said limit, not eliminate.

allowed to donate to election campaigns.
Levy a 1/2% tax on all wall street or commodities transactions along with the
national sales tax.
No elected official or staff member shall be allowed to work for a lobbying firm or individual for 5 years after
termination of their federal employment
13- Thus far the plan you are showing makes the most sense of anything I have seen in years, please keep up the good work.
14- Neither the Federal, nor any State government shall impede the establishment, function, or profitability of free-market private enterprise.
15- Public Housing will be supplied to Senators, Representatives, and a limited amount for their Sr. Staff Members. Public housing will be supplied to Presidential Secrataries and their Sr. Staff Members. Supreme Court Judges and their Sr Staff Members will also be given housing. All will be allowed to shop at Military Commisaries and Exchanges. Why do I submit this? Providing housing and access to military commisaries and exchanges allows for the American people to not have to subsidize exorbinent salaries and per diem.
16- No federal retirement for any public office holder, instead they will be able to participate in a 401K plan. What they save they can transfer when they leave office. No more forever retirement check from the taxpayer
17- Federal government legislatures shall be in session for no more than 180 days a year, except as recalled by presidentail emergency orders, dealing with a specific item.
18- I think there should be no more appointed judges,let them be elected by the people they serve. put term limits or reelection limits on them
19- Good start, but, too much detail and counter-control.
By that I mean too many ideas cause division for everyone. We need a new contract with America that anyone running for office will endorse or reject. Give voters a clear choice for the 2010-2020 elections. FOCUS-FOCUS-FOCUS on FIVE REFORMS: 1.TERM LIMITS for all elected officials. Let them be set by the indivdual assemblies but none to exceed three terms and a double term before anyone can run again for public office. Example, Senators max three terms of 4 years. After a double term or 8 years, that Senator could run again for the Senate. 2. The Fair Tax and Elimination of IRS. 3. EXECUTIVE LINE ITEM VETO at State and Federal levels in addition to your pork bill limitation for add-ons to laws. 4. CAMPAIGE CONTRIBUTIONS Reform by individual American Citizens only with a limit per election cycle. EQUAL RIGHT TO LIFE FOR THE UNBORN and CHILDREN with Parental voting rights to children starting at age 7 jointly approved by all living natural or adopted parents. 5. NATIO
N IDENTITY REFORM; English as National Language required for citizenship; SPECIFIC RE-Affirmation that American culture is based on Christian-Judeo principles and freedoms ENDOWED BY GOD to all individuals. I will vote for anyone who make this pledge.

Our so-called government and its "leaders" will not go "quietly into the night"; your plan involves a major upheaval of our present system, and I don't think you'll have enough support. There are just too many obstacles to overcome, yet I know something must be done.

39 - Everything was addressed except the Seniors who paid into Social Security for years and are now dependent on those checks to survive. What happens to them? They are to old to work any longer, how will they survive? From what I read, I am guessing that the severance pay to the citizens would cover that or am I wrong?

49 - Send all legislation to a Constitutional oversight committee as well as the CBO. That way, if it is not authorized by the Constitution, it is not allowed to be considered law.
50 - Require that all politicians cite Constitutional authority to each piece of legislation and sign their names to each section written by them. People have the right to know exactly who writes these bills.
51 - Require that all politicians keep detailed minutes of every meeting they have. They can remain private but subject to investigation if the need is there.
52 - Make the exploration of space an American priority like JFK did.
53 - WOW! I have been waiting to see something like this for the last 15 years. Everyone who reads this should email it to their entire mailing list. This plan has got to get out to everyone. I have read other "plans" on different sites but they only address individual policies. This is the first plan I have seen where someone actually thinks about how we would go about getting this done. Whoever wrote this needs to get out in the spotlight and speak to this like a modern day Patrick Henry!
